These Terms govern your use of the 3Hour Studio website and services.

Engagements

All engagements begin with a signed statement of work outlining scope, timeline, and pricing. Fixed-scope projects are billed 50/50; retainers are billed monthly in advance.

Intellectual Property

Final deliverables transfer to the client upon final payment. 3Hour Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.
